Influential executives from all facets of the industry ranging from well-known brand companies and owner/operators to leading purchasing and design firms will be on hand for Hotel Interactive®’s inaugural Lodging Industry Elite awards program later this month.

Nominees for some 14 categories recognizing stand-out executives, as well as ground-breaking projects, will be present at luxury restaurant MB Steak in Las Vegas on April 30 for the three-hour event.
The Innovator Of The Year category features Roger Bloss, EVP, President of Global Development, Red Lion Hotels Corporation; Alexandra Jaritz, Global Head, Tru by Hilton; Jennifer Gribble, VP, Avid Hotels by IHG; and Ayelet Weinstein, President and CEO, B Hotels & Resorts.

Purchasing Company Executive Of The Year finalists include Bill Langmade, President, Purchasing Management International; Mitchell Parker, COO, The Parker Company; Benjamin O’Connor, President, HPG International; Marjorie Waldman, President, The Stroud Group; and Nicole Wood, VP, Summa International.
In the category of Brand Design Executive Of The Year, the nominees include Amy Hulbert, VP of Boutique and Upscale Brands, Best Western Hotels & Resorts; Chris Alvarado, Senior Director of Design & Development, Two Roads Hospitality; Vito Lotta, VP, Architecture & Design, Full-service Brands, Hilton Worldwide; and Cory Brian Ingram, SVP, Creative, Dream Hotel Group.
Brand Purchasing Executive Of The Year will feature the following executives: Dave Lippert, VP Global Design and Procurement, Marriott International; Katherine Elardo, Director, Global Purchasing, Trump Hotels; Sarah Kaye, Strategic Sourcing Category Manager, Radisson Hotel Group; Ted Payne, Corporate Purchasing Director, Omni Hotels & Resorts; JT Szczuka, Head of Procurement, IHG.
Vying for Owner/Operator Purchasing Executive Of The Year are Jim Thompson, VP, Purchasing, Interstate Hotels & Resorts; Marla Davis, SVP, Procurement, Remington; Jay Schwartz, SVP, Starwood Capital Group; David Hoezler, Corporate VP, Purchasing, Station Casinos; and Robert Auerbach, VP, Purchasing, Island Hospitality.
Nominees for Excellence In Sustainability include Crescent Hospitality; Starwood Capital Group; Colwen Hotels; and Courtesy Management.
The Most Unique Hotel Conversion has netted projects such as the Ames Boston Hotel (Benchmark Hospitality); Riverhouse on the Deschutes (Vesta Hospitality); AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown (Peachtree Hotel Group); and The Marquette Hotel (JMI Realty).
Best New Boutique/Lifestyle Hotel finalists include B On Canal (B Hotels & Resorts); Hotel LeVeque (The Gettys Group); Kimpton Hotel Born Denver (Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants); and The Adelphi Hotel (Adelphi Hospitality Group).
In the category of Most Impactful Repositioning, the nominees are Chicago Marriott Lincolnshire (The Gettys Group); Noelle (Rockbridge); The Ritz-Carlton Bacara Resort & Spa (Carey Watermark); and The Dominick (CIM Group).
Most Dynamic New Build has put forth projects such as the Hyatt House Washington DC/The Wharf (Concord Hospitality); InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown (Hanjin Group); Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills (Hilton Worldwide); Moxy Denver/Cherry Creek (Vision Hospitality Group) and Homewood Suites by Hilton Silao Airport (Edco Turismo Bajio).
Best Experiential Hotel includes El Conquistador Tucson (Prism Hotels & Resorts); The Adolphus (Rockbridge); Mountain Shadows Resort (Westroc Hospitality); and Hotel EMC2 (SMASHotels).
In the category of Best Integration Of Social Media the finalists are Hotel RL Brooklyn (Real Hospitality); Moxy Seattle Downtown (Stonebridge Companies); 21C Museum Hotel Nashville (21C Museum Hotels); and Unscripted Durham (Dream Hotel Group).
